One price, no surprises
You start with 90 days free, without a payment method. After that you pay per set of books, per month, and you can stop any month. Amounts exclude VAT.
What does it cost?
The package booxx has two plans: Standard (€19 a month, everything included, with VAT returns and automatic bank reconciliation) and Dormant (€4 a month, read-only for a set of books that is temporarily dormant). You start with a 90-day trial of the full product, with no payment method up front; nothing is charged during that period, so there is nothing to cancel. All amounts are per set of books per month, excluding VAT, and cancellable monthly. There are no setup fees. Standard has no limits at all: unlimited invoices, entries and bank transactions, and unlimited users — colleagues and your accountant work alongside you at no extra cost.

About the price
Do the amounts include VAT?
No, the amounts shown exclude VAT. As an entrepreneur you reclaim that VAT on your own return, so the net cost to you is the amount shown.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. You cancel in your own screen and your subscription runs to the end of the month you already paid for. After that nothing is charged any more and your books stay readable: you can view and export everything, but nothing is posted.
What if I have several businesses?
Each set of books has its own subscription. Two businesses on Standard is therefore two times €19 a month. You manage them under one login and switch with a single click.
How do I pay?
The first payment is by iDEAL; after that it runs automatically by SEPA direct debit. Payment happens inside the app — you are not sent off to an external payment page.
Is there a trial period?
Yes: 90 days of the full product, without giving a payment method. Nothing is charged during that period, so there is nothing to cancel either. As the end approaches the app says so itself the moment you log in, so you can choose in time: continue on Standard, park on Dormant, or do nothing — then it stops by itself, and you have thirty days to download your records or still pick a plan before the set of books is deleted.
What happens when the 90 days are up?
Choose Standard or Dormant and your books simply carry on. Do nothing and nothing is charged, and it stops by itself: you can no longer open your books, only the subscription screen. There you can still choose a plan or download your records. After thirty days the books are deleted; you get a reminder by email two weeks before. Want to keep viewing your figures without posting? Choose Dormant.
